Fractional radar eda

This pull request covers updates to the exploratory data analysis notebooks, including:

• Applying EDA to 6 hour lead time dataset and addition of map visualisation of radar and ensemble mean and difference between these for a specified time slice.
• Addition of exploration of ensemble spread (visualisation of ensemble range and standard deviation - histograms of all height levels and maps specified height and time slice)
• Addition of radar fractions exploration (including assessment of ~zero precip data points, box and whisker plots of each precip fraction band, distribution under each of the fraction bands and bar chart plots to compare radar fractions to MOGREPS-G ensemble band probabilities)

Most plotting functions have been moved into the eda_plotting.py script to tidy up the notebook a bit
