Hey @informatikr , I'd like to make @jbrechtel a new maintainer but cannot do so. Would you please add him in? Thanks!

informatikr commented 2 years ago

Done. Welcome and thanks @jbrechtel. Let me know if everything works for you.

Hello, the company I'm working at making heavy use on Redis and Hedis library.

So if there are no objections I'm personally or as a company we are ready to volunteer to co-maintaining the library. We are mostly interested in redis-7 support, stream support and general effiency and API clarity. However we are not using redis cluster, so we are lacking experience in that field.

See @qnikst's comment above, @aravindgopall. Just tagging you in case you're not subscribed.

Hi @qnikst, welcome and thanks a lot for offering your help. I have added you as collaborator. Please let me know if that works for you.

Thanks a lot!

You're still not a maintainer on Hackage, @qnikst . Would make sense if you were added there too.

qnikst commented 1 year ago

Yes, that will definitely help! But not sure who can add me.

I think that we will be ready for a release in a few weeks, I'd like to accumulate more changes (at least have Redis7 support for all existing command). This would leave with as few breaking releases as possible.
