Add IAO creators and contributors in the ontology #178

Current IAO does not have the creators and contributors information in the ontology. I think we need to add the information in.

It would be nice (IMO) to add the information from the home page "The IAO is a descendant of the DENRIE branch of the OBI Project, edited by Chris Stoeckert and other OBI team members." It was a long time ago, but I remember for example Bill Bug was involved in DENRIE.

Checking my old email archive, Pat Hayes, Satya Sahoo, Kerstin Forsberg, Sivaram Arabandi, Albert Goldfain, Gwen Frishkoff, Larisa Soldatova also provided feedback on the IAO list in the past.

Note Larry Hunter and Lawrence Hunter are the same person.
