GAZ_00000448 'geographic location' defined as both instance and class #190

GAZ_00000448 'geographic location' defined as both instance and class. Need to be fixed. The issue propagate to the ontologies that import IAO such as OBI.

Did not find the issue in IAO. Need to check OBI why it shows the term in IAO owl file.
