Add rdfs:isDefinedBy annotations to former Apollo-SV classes that IAO adopted #267

Motivation for this comes from this discussion and the need to identify these classes as now belonging to IAO: https://github.com/OBOFoundry/OBOFoundry.github.io/issues/1676.

The classes:

  1. 'compiling software' (APOLLO-SV:00000524)
  2. 'count' (APOLLO-SV:00000032)
  3. 'counting' (APOLLO-SV:00000033) (see Issue #266 )
  4. 'dataset creating' (APOLLO-SV:00000796)
  5. 'software development' (APOLLO-SV:00000008)
  6. 'source code repository' (APOLLO-SV:00000522)
