Obsoleted terms need to point to their replacement and have obsolescence reason instance used. Also need to be coordinated with OBI.

obsolete_narrative object(IAO_0000006) => replaced by textual entity and figure obsolete_digital document(IAO_0000105) obsolete_report table(IAO_0000097) => replaced by textual entity table obsolete_binary digital entity(IAO_0000019) obsolete_digital entity(IAO_0000012) obsolete_report(IAO_0000088) => replaced by document

Unobsoleted narrative object, report, report element, as there were OBI dependencies and we need to decide whether the replacements are appropriate. Left an editor note with Larry's suggested replacements.
