Add two new synonym types: misnomer and misspelling

The NCBITaxon OWL dump has two interesting synonym types:

• http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ncbitaxon#misspelling (similar exists in uberon, fovt, mondo)
• http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ncbitaxon#misnomer

As a follow-up to #124, I would like to add these. They are related to the existing terms ambiguous synonym (OMO:0003001) and dubious synonym (OMO:0003002)

These terms can be added by making new rows in https://github.com/information-artifact-ontology/ontology-metadata/blob/master/src/templates/annotation_properties.tsv.

~After inspecting the NCBITaxon OBO file, it appears these are defined but never used. If we can find reasonable examples of usage in the wild, then I think these are worth including, otherwise not.~

The OBO file doesn't get serialized properly, when parsing the OBO Graph JSON, there are a handful of examples of these being used
