I'm going to use 8000000 onwards on my fork
Any thoughts on this?
Sounds good to me.

What is the procedure for making a release?
Can ontology-metadata be released independently of IAO?
Looking at
https://github.com/OBOFoundry/purl.obolibrary.org/blob/master/config/iao.yml
It seems that every artifact for every release needs to be explicitly registered. Is there a tool to help with this? Or can we have a blanket redirect for versionIRI releases?

We can set a new procedure for it from now on regardless what have been done before.
@cmungall I like having explicit information about supported PURLs like iao.yml
does. It’s not too hard to add a release entry and update the main entry on each release, especially in this case. Better tools would be better, of course.
I can't think of an issue releasing metadata independently, so I vote yes.
