remove oboInOwl:created_by and oboInOwl:creation_date annotations from the few terms that had them
remove xsd:string datatypes
use xml:lang="en" for all annotations
ran through robot convert for consistency
I made no changes to the logic or the annotation contents, except one thing: I changed the 'editor preferred term' for IAO:0000112 from "example" to "example of usage" so it matches the rdfs:label.
