Describe the enhancement Add the possibility to have multiple regulator on SectorRegulation model.

Also think to the first form review, rights and incident creation

ILR/IBPT is it still the project to have several regulator for the same Incident notification workflow ?

Un workflow appartient à un régulateur, mais une déclaration d'incident peut envoyer des mails vers plusieurs régulateurs en copie.
