To allow the ordering, we could imagine that the impacts, which have to be ordered, would start with a) b)... The tool would identify, among the impacts selected for this sub-sector, the impacts having to be ordered. Then it would order them and place them at the beginning of the impact list. Finally, the impact not having to be ordered would be placed at the end of the list

We'll think of a better solution. For the moment, we have sorted the impacts alphabetically.
Describe the enhancement
fyi : it can't be done in the incidents reports because for one report the list of impact shown can be different, depending of the sectors selected. How do you want to proceed ?
