Adding Skyfire100 to the list

People invariable come to the ISS list to find hacking content, not people playing video games, BUT:

I am going to merge this in lieu of us having a good method for determining what someone is actually streaming. My thought process here is that it's unreasonable to be gatekeeping you from the list when there are people in your exact situation already on the list. Until we can remedy the problem through software we'll have to deal with this unfortunate reality of the inaccuracy of the list of hackers where it sometimes shows people who might be playing Valorant, League of Legends, or Overwatch instead of the desired information security content.
