5.8.2 - Chiller - Air-Cooled Condenser Power

Explanation of issue:
Table 110.2-D specifies that air-cooled chillers without condensers must be 
rated with matching condensers and comply with the air-cooled chiller 
efficiency requirements.  I.e., the COP data entered for these chillers must 
include the condenser power.  Therefore, there should not be data entered for 
this descriptor.  

Proposed resolution:
Delete this descriptor from the ACM.
