2103 NACM reference to Appliance Efficiency Standards

What NACM Section(s) are relevant to this issue?
Multiple section, mainly small HVAC systems and water heating

Explanation of issue:
The NACM currently references the 2009 Appliance Efficiency Regulations, though 
a 2010 version of these Standards is available, and 2012 is .  The values in 
each may be the same for the applicable references, but just wanted to confirm 
if the reference to the 2009 Stds was an oversight or on purpose.

Proposed resolution:
Review and confirm reference to appliance standards.  Also, most references 
include the applicable year of the Stds, but found a few that did not specify 
the year.

Please provide any additional information below.

There is a new version of the Appl Eff Stds going through the rulemaking 
process. I will confirm whether the ACM RM should reference the 2010 or 2013 
regulations.

The feedback I received from the CEC is that we should reference the 2010 
Appliance Efficiency Standards for now.

I will go through and make sure the instances of the Appliance Efficiency 
Standards reference the 2010 Standards.

CLOSED - ACM says "2009 Appliance Efficiency Regulations", which I believe is 
the same as the intended 2010 Appliance Efficiency Regs that the CEC refers to. 
 I will verify that this is the case, but am closing the issue.
