Taylor Engineering also agrees with restricting user entry of data for large DX
equipment, but Martha Brook wishes to keep this option open.

Reopening this as "Discussion" - Roger wishes to not allow this in the ACM (and
I agree with that approach), but it is currently in place, and Martha Brook
wants this option. Recommend having a brief discussion with Martha about it
before removing it.

The resolution is to eliminate user entry of performance curves for large DX
equipment (>135,000 Btu/h nominal capacity). For units with capacity >65 kBtu/h
and <135 kBtu/h, the ACM compliance software vendor may work with manufacturers
to develop performance curves that are applicable for specific equipment.
