Summary of the problem: A sequencing project really ought to contain some sequence data; this one has none as yet.
Proposed fix: work very hard to extract sample DNA, check quality and adjust concentration, validate primers, develop a robust set of spike-in controls, and submit libraries.
Once this is done, it should be straightforward to wait a while, write a very large check, then add sequences to the repository when they're sent back to us.
Notes: I suspect we'll find other bugs in the process of fixing this one ;)
