Possible misnamed variable in nanodrop_clean.R #8

This is a suspicion, not a confirmed problem: While looking at nanodrop_clean.R for another reason, it looks to me as if references to nd_merge$new ought to be nd_merge$newID instead. Leaving this as a note to myself to check before using the script again.

Suspicion confirmed, though "thanks" to partial matching it produced the correct result anyway. Fixed in 13f1459.
