./lib/app-server.js missing #2

./lib/app-server.js is missing and the example can't be launched.

If I run grunt server or node /lib/app-server.js it doesnt stay running... Any clue to why?

Just pushed up a fix to the grunt server task, pull and let me know if that gets you going.
