Updated Android SDK #51

This change includes the updated Star SDK for Android (v5.12.0) which includes support for the newer models of printers. The minSdkVersion has been increased from 16 to 18 along with the READ_EXTERNAL_PERMISSION also being added as per the requirements from the SDK now.
