I've added an option: appendBitmapText. The TSP100 series is only able to process raster data meaning any commands to append text content don't print. This allows text to be passed through which is then converted to an image and appended to the commands. This has options for:
font?: the name of the font, default Menlo
fontSize?: the size of the font, default 12
width?: the width of the image to be generated, default 576 (3in paper)
