adds terraform fmt support #46

Hi there, love the repo! I noticed it doesn't have support for terraform fmt https://www.terraform.io/docs/commands/fmt.html

I've done my best to add this with testing and all. Let me know if you need anything else!

I made a few naming changes and released this in version 0.60.
