Bugs in generating a spec file #62

  1. Mode is missing when generating
  2. Namespace and object store refrence is missing from thanos
  3. Object store config name is different, make it constant istead of hard coded
  4. remove order from end
  5. ruler name is absent
  6. config missing from querier FE querierFE: name: testing cacheOption: inMemory config: maxSixe: 1
