refresh deactivation when designing a script #32

if user is creating/editing a script, the risk is that his modifications get lost because of the auto page refresh every 5 minutes. It should therefore be deactivated when he unlock the script editor

or it should be de-activated since function refreshPanel(id) do the job of refreshing the strict necessary
