Expected behavior: When a user adds or edits a facility in the dashboard, the Total Power field should be required and users should not be able to save the information.
Actual behavior: At least 1 facility seems to be added through the dashboard, but the Total Power field is empty/0.0. https://www.infrapedia.com/app/facility/clear-rate-datacenter
