English translation of license #10

As requested in issue #8 I propose the following English translation:

  1. All software and/or documentation created by infuanfu including but not limited to all results of studies conducted (hereafter: "products") shall be published under a permissive license.
  2. This license as mentioned in (1) shall be modified as such that infuanfu's products shall not be used to aid in waging war or as means of oppression as well as specifically disallow any direct or indirect use for surveillance of people.
  3. A suitable license should be created at a later point in time but before the end of project study-0
