$ pm2 install pm2-elasticlogs $ pm2 unistall pm2-elasticlogs

Shouldn't this be:

$ npm install pm2-elasticlogs $ npm unistall pm2-elasticlogs

I think, doc is correct. It is a pm2 module. You can install/uninstall pm2 module. See pm2 -h for command list.
