Added comparison functionality

Added comparison functionality, users can paste someone else's result link to see how they differ on each axis.

Also added rendering of more axes, some axes available from questions were not displayed before.

Added basic mobile CSS to allow for displaying on phones.

This PR contains the changes from PR #1 so #1 can be closed if this one is merged.
