feat: Kibana integration example #193

This PR contains an initial implementation for Kibana (https://github.com/ing-bank/popmon/issues/158). Users that are interested in such dashboarding, are welcomed to extend this functionality.

Add a section 'Reports and integrations' to the readme
Place the integration example in examples/integrations/kibana
See examples/integrations/kibana/README.md for details.
