Add Scruid logo #68

Judging on the positive reactions in https://github.com/ing-bank/scruid/issues/40 I prepared this PR. This closes https://github.com/ing-bank/scruid/issues/40

Logo without text (PNG + SVG) logo-no-text

Logo with tagline (PNG + SVG) logo-with-tagline

Logo with text below (PNG + SVG) logo-text-below

In the readme I used the "logo with tagline" SVG versions, which has way sharper text for the tagline. Not sure why the PNG gets so fuzzy.

The font used btw is https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Teko In the SVG I created paths of the font, so that the logo always shows correct, even if you don't have that font available.
