adds the corresponding definition in Scruid
adds DQL support (operators and expressions)
unit tests with cardinality aggregation by value, by row and with extraction function
updates DQL documentation regarding cardinality aggregation with examples

Just noticed that PR's from forks don't show whether the tests succeeded or not, that's too bad :)

We could migrate to GitHub Actions. I haven't used the services: element yet.
