Приминение настроек при следующем запуске. #801

Не хватает данной фичи, чтобы если 
подкладываешь файл с новыми настройками 
(например options.xml.start), то они они применялись 
при следующем запуске.

Дефолтные настройки из импортируемого 
options.xml применяются при каждом запуске.

При работающем клиенте options.xml - 
"заблокирован".

Я про импортируемый options.xml, который надо в 
папку resources класть.
