Building forward_input #2

In order to build forward_input, I had to move $(LDFLAGS) to the last option of the link command in the Makefile.

diff Makefile~ Makefile 87c87 < $(CC) $(LDFLAGS) -o $@ $^ --- > $(CC) -o $@ $^ $(LDFLAGS)

That's weird. Out of curiosity, what compiler are you using? I've only tried with gcc, tcc, and clang and they had no trouble.
