Description

Add functions to connect to an EtherCAT device via CoE (SDOs)

Fixes #INGM-332

Type of change

Add connect_servo_ethercat function.
Add connect_servo_ethercat_interface_index function.
Add connect_servo_ethercat_interface_ip function.
Add scan_servos_ethercat function.
Add scan_servos_ethercat_interface_ip function.
Add scan_servos_ethercat_interface_index function.

Tests

Connect to an EtherCAT device using the different connection functions.
Scan for EtheCAT devices using the different scanning functions.
