Implement geographic search #10

In the requirement, we defined that the content of the GeoNode should be searchable geographically including pdfs. It will be useful for organizations working on specific AOI

A PR (https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/pull/1273) was submitted for this in upstream GeoNode today! I'll help clean up the PR so it gets merged in if its not in early next week.
