Modify proxy to successfully connect to the DG WMS. #11

Current requests fail with a 500:Connection reset by peer

Skipping this for now although the issue should be easy to fix, I just added the WMS without going through the proxy (https://github.com/garnertb/geonode/commit/b1edda967f764dbb5e3ae4dce975419fe8372753).
