QGIS isn't picking up a CRS for the transportation layer. What coordinate system should it be in?

The rainfall induced landslide hazard layer is up in GeoNode now.

One important note on this, for now, the hazard layer from the ready source and related maps need to be protected behind password and not be publicly available, it is fine for now that the instance require password but just in case this changes.

We need Keiko's input here on the transport layer. It sounds like the data is messy.

Those urls are not accessible without password, I added a 'private' keyword so we can quickly track them once remove the lockdown.

Okay, I made them accessible to only john, vivien and lmn. Verified that 'gfdrrlabs' cannot see it anymore.
