BUG: Clicking on a category loads all layers #37

On http://54.254.184.212/layers/, the category sidebar should allow the user to filter by category. Clicking on a category--including those with 0 entries--loads all layers.

What browser are you using? The categories work as expected for me in chrome.

restarted ff 25.0.1 and it worked fine. weird. please close.
