NEXTVIEW: Confirm compliance #46

With NEXTVIEW imagery, we must have a watermark with NEXTVIEW and preserve the copyright notice for (c) Digital Globe 2013. The imagery may come with this in the tiles, but we might need to add it with any tiles that don't have it. Also, we may need to password protect the pixels.

Does this apply to imagery we are getting directly from DG?
