Version 0.3.20 and 0.3.21 should be removed. #106

The only working version of this plugin is 0.3.19. The 2nd two inconsistently work with various thrown exceptions.

Encountered the same issue with "Missing Jenkins Instance" but not able to roll back to 0.3.19 version through the jenkins UI because of the dependent plugins.
