Question, is there an option to only upload a new package but not deploy it? I think this feature would be helpful but at the moment I can't find any real documentation (and my groovy foo isnt the best).
To be clear, the desired effect is:
Create an EBS application zip file
Upload the zip file to the specified s3 bucket
No further action is taken (The elastic beanstalk environment is left alone).
