Error with adding student #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a student from admin_student_1.php page
2. navigate to admin_add_student_1.php
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
you should see a form to add a student but there is an error on line 149
syntax error, unexpected ';' in 
/home2/drm/public_html/school/admin_add_student_1.php on line 149

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
