Pls upgrade to Java17. This also means that we can upgrade to use the latest Docx4J version.

Change

Raised version to 4.0
Switched to Java 17
Updated Docx4j and Flexmark dependencies (11.3.2 + 0.64.0)
- 💡 See #65 for information on why these two versions

Note: Didn't have to modify a single line of code for this. All tests still pass. Note2: Forgot to add the issue id to the commit message (and pushed directly to main #bummer)
