Add all relevant header files to each project's CMakeLists file #23

This obviously isn't a problem for the compiler, but it was confusing to work in Visual Studio and not be able to see all the project files in the solution explorer.

Thanks a lot - I usually develop under linux (where this doesn't matter), but yes, every time I run on VS I was stumbling over that, too, so very happy that somebody fixed it!

By the way, thank you for this project! There doesn't seem to be much material for absolute beginners to learn OptiX 7, so this was extremely helpful.
