Doesn't build rabbitcpp. Marco missing AMQP_SIMPLE_RPC. #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build the project.

What is the expected output? 
build ok

What do you see instead?
../source_amqp/AMQPQueue.cpp:112:9: error: ‘AMQP_SIMPLE_RPC’ was not 
declared in this scope

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.13.0-54-generic  ubuntu
rabbitmq-c-0.6.0
rabbitmq-server_3.5.3-1_all.deb

Please provide any additional information below.
Trying which version of rabbitmq should work with rabitcpp. There are more 
similar issues on the web. 

For other build issues, I found solutions on internet.
