For documentation purposes, write down:

What are the problems we see in the global registration?
Which landmarks are important to get in place? We will focus on prominent white and grey matter landmarks in the basal ganglia, thalamus, hippocampus, and cerebellum.
Which landmarks have we used to ensure the quality of the registration (with respect to those mentioned in point 2)

I have started writing the methods part of the manuscript, Z:\HBP_Atlasing\Developmental_atlases\DeMBA_Developmental mouse brain atlas\DeMBA-v1\01_working-environment\03_Manuscript-draft to address these questions.
