Updated the test file to add behavior that fails on linux too.

This is a preliminary bandaid for fixing the PerlIO layer handling. The tests should now pass on both windows and linux. If they do pass on linux, it would be great if you could do a release as soon as possible.

In time i will get to #39 and fix up the handling of layers to be more correct. :)
