Undeclared dependency on `IPC::Run`? #33

I'm packaging Swim for a Linux distribution (@NixOS), and finding that it seems to depend on a IPC::Run Perl module, without declaring that dependency for CPAN.

I don't know Perl, so — should Swim declare this dependency, or is IPC::Run something expected to be included in a standard Perl distribution?
