I have just added a relative file path to the grammar, so that you can now link to files in the same server. It does not work with Pod, but it does with Markdown or HTML.
The rest of the changes are just a bit of trying to find my way around the different generators, adding small explanations in the documentation, and accepting a pending PR by @manwar
