Rename cjdcmd

Proposals:

erma-cmd cjdcmd-ng reptoidzcmd nodium

Nodium sounds like a service, not a program, although its growing on me. Any other suggestions?

I'm leaning towards renaming this 'core'

Anyone have input?

What about naming it something like "cog", short for "cjdns on golang". It's short and easy to type.
