Marlin 2.0 is no longer a beta #11

@inib Marlin 2.0 was finally released, please do merge in 2 flavors, one to stable release and one to current bug fix, thanks.

yes I will rework the branches as soon as I have time. Unfortunately December means end of year is coming and my workplace turns into a madhouse.

I'll melt down the branches into 2.0 stable, 2.0 EZ and a current dev branch with latest bugfixes and since this repo turned into a goto source for Sapphire Pro Users i'll keep my personal setup local then.
